SPRAY Nozzle Engineering has released the Bete FF Series nozzle which is said to prevent dust from occurring at coal mines and quarry sites.
The Bete FF Series nozzle wets the roads within the mine or quarry area to prevent dust from becoming a problem on site. The nozzle is a fan nozzle where the liquid is forced through a relatively small elliptical hole to provide a thin, flat sheet of spray.
Spray Nozzle Engineering says the nozzle is available in either metal (brass or stainless steel) or plastic (PVC or PTFE), the FF Series Nozzle features a one-piece construction that is clog-resistant and durable.
It delivers a coarsely atomised, medium-impact spray that is deflected at 75 from the inlet axis; the extra-wide spray angle allowing the user to choose their required coverage.
