ACTIVE Air has released the AC 061 portable air conditioning unit which is suitable for use in the coal mining industry.
The rugged AC 061 has been designed for a more efficient cooling capacity. It can be used at onsite offices or accommodation.
Active Air says that the unit will pump out 6.1 kWs of cooling capacity from a standard 240 V power point.
The AC 061 features extendable hot & cold ducts, and also cleans and dehumidifies the air as it is in use.
