PRONAL has released a range of ultra-thin lifting bags and powerful spreading cushions which are suitable for use in the coal mining industry and are available from Air Springs Supply.

The ultra-thin bags are just 20mm thick deflated and can lift weights of more than 65 tonnes each.

While, the powerful spreading cushions can exert hundreds of tonnes of force to part plant and machinery components for servicing, or to extract quarried material.

The CLP and CLT ranges are complemented by low-pressure CPB Maxi-Lift cushions, which can be used on land and under water, offering greater strokes of up to 700mm (or 1400mm where a pair are employed).

Air Springs Supply General Manager Simon Agar says safety in lifting is enhanced by Pronal cushions incorporating the strength of Kevlar textile, which weight for weight, is five times stronger than steel and superbly suited for repetitive work in harsh environments, such as resources sites.
